Ryan Pierce

I build real estate agents a website that gets found on Google. It captures the leads you're missing. Founder of PREP.

I build software for real estate agents. Phoenix, AZ.

Past

Started by running. Stayed by shipping.

Oregon Tech, 2014 to 2018. Engineering degree and two seasons as track captain. Get up when it's cold. Do the work when nobody's watching.

Nike came next. Years writing software at scale. Monitored big sneaker launches. Learned what real systems break under. Why senior engineers sneer "this won't survive in prod." Why the on-call rotation exists.

  • 2014–2018Oregon Institute of Technology. Engineering degree. Two-time cross country / track captain.
  • 2018–2021Nike. Enterprise software for global commerce. Sneaker drops at scale.

Present

Three things at once. By design.

Engineer at Gap during the day. Building PREP nights and weekends. Consulting brokerages whenever a problem shows up.

The day job pays rent. It also keeps me embedded in a real engineering org. PREP gets built whenever the kid's asleep. The consulting work pulls cash forward and feeds PREP its first customers. Each one funds and unblocks the next.

Brokerage owner reading this? PREP exists because nobody was building it for the people who actually needed it. Engineer reading this? You've probably got your own side project that won't shut up.

Based in Phoenix. Husband, dad, distance runner.

Offerings

Websites for real estate agents, built and run for you.

Start where you are. A free scorecard. A site I build and run. Or a whole-team system.

How it works (same for everyone)

  1. Run the scorecard, or skip straight ahead.
  2. Tell me about your business. A quick form, or a call if you'd rather.
  3. I send you a written proposal.
  4. You sign. I build.

Every client gets a proposal before anything's signed. Form or call is your choice, not your tier's.

The 2-minute scorecard

Free

2-minute scorecard

Answer 4 questions about your leads and follow-up. Get a straight score and where you stand. 2 minutes. No email wall until you want more.

Best fit for most agents

Your real estate agent website + care plan

Get found on Google. Capture your leads. Forget the tech.

$500 to start

then $499/mo

What you get

  • I build your site, then keep it running: hosting, security, backups.
  • I handle your changes, up to a couple hours a month.
  • The get-found engine: Google Business Profile, reviews, and local SEO.
  • Leads land in PREP, free to start, or your CRM. Not a lost inbox.
  • You own all of it: domain, site, content, and leads.

The honest part

  • New features or a bigger build? I quote those first.
  • 12 months, so the build, upkeep, and growth have time to work.
  • 12 months is a real commitment. Leave early and you settle the remaining build. It's in the agreement. After that, month to month.
Start here

A form or a call, your choice. Then your proposal.

Real estate team website

One system for your whole team.

From $1,500 to start

then $1,500/mo

  • A custom site for your whole roster, built and run by me.
  • You own it. I keep it running and growing.
  • Bigger builds get quoted first.
  • 18 months, because a team's build and growth take longer to land.
Start here

A form or a call, your choice. Then your proposal.

No big upfront build cost. The build's included, and you own it all.

You start on PREP free. Leads land there from day one, not an inbox. Upgrade to $49/mo when you want it chasing your follow-ups for you.

Prefer to prepay the year? 2 months are on me.

Future

Where this is going.

The next year is about converting attention into anchors. The five years after are about whether the bets land.

I'd rather be specific and wrong than vague and bulletproof. The lines below get rewritten as the work either lands or doesn't.

Next 12 months

PREP hits 100 paying customers. One client goes audit to implementation to retainer end-to-end. 3 LinkedIn posts a week, 2 Medium articles a month, PREP blog ramping up. First brokerage owner who's never met me books the audit.

Next 5 years

AI automation becomes how brokerages operate by default. PREP wins on workflow. Pierce Industries grows from one product to a small portfolio. Eventually full-time on Pierce Industries.
